The NH Gent Belfort Hotel disposes of 3 meeting rooms that can host up to 80 persons in theatre style. All of the meeting rooms have natural light and audio visual equipment at your disposal. Lunch and dinner can be arranged for groups and during seminars. The Cotton City Bar offers snacks throughout the day.

Hotel information

NH Gent has three multifunctional rooms for meetings of up to 80 people. The rooms are equipped with an overhead projector and screen, a flip chart, a whiteboard and video facilities. All meeting rooms have natural lighting. Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, video and overhead projector are also available. A bar, laundry service, trouser-press, shoeshine service, car park and safe are also available on request.

Full American breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 07.00 - 10.30. During weekends breakfast is from 07.30 AM - 11.00. Our Cotton City bar offers a cosy atmosphere where you can enjoy a variety of small snacks (including a wide choice of paninis). You can try out some of the famous Belgian Trappist beers. The bar is open from 10.00 - 24.00.

American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person.
